How do I give feedback?

You can contact us on Facebook or Twitter, and our customer service team will respond to you the same day. Any messages received outside of our opening hours will be responded to the next working day.

Opening hours

Our usual opening hours are Monday to Friday 8.15am - 5.15pm (online customer services currently available until 7pm). 

If you need to speak to an advisor but your call is not urgent, please ring later in the day when the lines are quieter. Alternatively, you can contact one of our friendly online customer service advisors via any of our online channels – live chat, My livin Space or email via livin.co.uk or Facebook/Twitter, and your query will be dealt with this way.
