Happy with the service you’ve received? We’d love to know about it! If there is a particular person you have spoken to, or a service you think that we are really good at, please let us know. Any compliment you give us will be forwarded to the person or service team you are praising.
We always try to provide you with an excellent service but recognise that occasionally things can go wrong. If you have had a poor experience, please let us know. Your complaint is the first step in helping us to put matters right.

How do I give feedback?
The simplest way to give your feedback is by using the form above.
If you would prefer to submit your feedback by telephone, or need to speak to someone for any other matter please contact our customer services team on 0800 587 4538.
Our usual opening hours are Monday to Friday 8.15am - 5.15pm (online customer services currently available until 7pm).
If you need to speak to an advisor but your call is not urgent, please ring later in the day when the lines are quieter. Alternatively, you can contact one of our friendly online customer service advisors via any of our online channels – live chat, My livin Space or email via livin.co.uk or Facebook/Twitter, and your query will be dealt with this way.
